What does tapouts strive to achieve in the short and long term?
The program's short term goals include teaching youth to practice skills such as mindful breathing that will help youth feel calmer and better equipped to deal with anxiety and stress.
Because stress and anxiety are often precursors to adverse mental health outcomes, our long term aim is to increase youths' resilience against these challenges and equip them with the right tools to do so. By equipping the adults of our future with these tools we believe tapouts will benefit our entire society in the long-run.
