To activate the ServiceNow benefit, visit tapouts.com/servicenow using your ServiceNow email. Fill out your child's details, choose a convenient timeslot, then complete checkout with payment to set up your account.

Who qualifies for the ServiceNow rate?

Any active ServiceNow employee and their dependent children aged 4-16 are verified by a ServiceNow email at signup.
 

What’s included in ServiceNow?

Weekly Live Group Sessions – Each subscription includes 4 sessions per month.

Parent Portal - Your online account where you can manage your child’s tapouts subscription

Sunday Huddles - Included at no extra cost. Kids join any age-appropriate town hall and earn bonus TXPs for attending.

$20 Monthly Fee – ServiceNow covers $100 each cycle. Employees pay only $20, which is charged to your account every four weeks.

Rewards – Kids ages 7–16 can earn points (TXPs) by participating and attending sessions. Points can be redeemed for exciting items through your parent portal.

When is my card charged under the ServiceNow benefit?

Payment details are collected at signup, and the first $20 charge is processed the day before your child’s first session. Renewals occur every 28 days.

How do I skip a session under the ServiceNow benefit?

You can skip a session by using the Skip button in your parent portal at least 24 hours in advance. This ensures you automatically receive a session credit, which will be applied to your next invoice.

Can I cancel the ServiceNow benefit at any time?

Yes. Cancel in the parent portal before the next billing date to stop future charges.

Can I pause my ServiceNow benefit?

The ServiceNow benefit doesn’t include a pause option, but if you’ll be missing a few sessions, please reach out to us. We can place the payment on hold to prevent charges for any missed sessions.

Is there a trial period for the ServiceNow benefit?

No, this corporate plan starts directly with paid enrollment because the cost has already been heavily reduced.

Does the ServiceNow rate apply to siblings?

Each child you enroll under your ServiceNow account automatically receives the $20 per 4-week rate. No extra codes are required.

What happens if I leave ServiceNow?

If you leave ServiceNow, please let us know so we can update your account accordingly, including changing your email and adjusting the subscription fee if you wish to continue the program without the benefit.

Are spots limited for the ServiceNow benefit?

ServiceNow currently provides 250 seats.
